Time to hunt down the third reagent. Head down the stairs to the left of where you were just dealing with the Grenadier. This will lead to another platform with more Mutated Scientists and another Grenadier. Once again, take out the others first to make dealing with the Grenadier that much easier. After that just focus your fire on him and it will not be long before he goes down.

The final reagent is found nearby on “Dead Meat”, a more durable Grenadier. He comes up with a plant that shows up in the greenhouse. Just use the Mini-map to find him as it is not too hard. He is very similar to the other Grenadiers but he does do a lot more damage given the chance. It is important to find him and kill him quickly. When you do you will receive the fourth, and final, reagent.

With all the reagents in your possession head back to the lab through the decontamination chamber. Go over to Dr. Kessler and he will ask you to run the blood samples through a machine. Head around the counter to the right-hand side and he will prompt you to use the marked machine. He will then go and fiddle with another of the machines in the room. He is obviously happy about something and then tells you he has your results. He explains that you are resistant to the virus. That some factor within you is suppressing it, not destroying it. He tells you the story about the tunnels and explains there is a lot to do to get to Henderson. Once the Immune finishes talking with Dr. Kessler they will contact Harlow and explain what is going on. The next chapter will begin immediately.

After all this, talk with him again to claim your reward. You can also talk with him to get a new side quest, though it cannot be properly completed until Chapter 6, “History Lesson.” After that take some time to head back to Halai Village to restock and get ready for the next story mission, “The Mission.” Be sure to also see Harlow as she will have a new Harpoon gun for you. With all that in hand it is time to head for Mataka Village.
