Artyom will climb out of the vent, take up his weapons again and pull on a helmet. If you go over to the right you will find a new gas mask. There is nothing wrong with a quick swap here. Head on out of the room and turn to the right. You will see 3 guards ahead. Just wait for them to have their back to you and have one pass through the metal detector. Head over to right-hand side of the corridor and bypass the detector. Watch the third guard go down the stairs. Now stealth kill the other guards in this room. Press up against the table and wait for the final guard to show. When he does, quietly shoot him or stealth kill him. Head on down the stairs.

With those 3 guards dead the room below will be empty. There is a cassette player with a rock tape inside it. Be sure to also check all the lockers to find some goods and filters. Head on through the left-hand door after that. In this second room be sure to also look on the desk to find a note from Artyom's diary. Go over to the right and open the door there.

This leads into a hangar. Just a lot of people moving around. Head over to the right to find a fuse box so you can turn off the lights. Head out of the covered around you are in and go over to the right around the outside of it. Hug against it then move against the wall. Look for the ramp that is just ahead. Move up in in a crouch, going over to the right then making for the vent quickly. Turn off the light at the entrance or just quickly move past it.

Head on through the vent and slip out the other side. Go against the car you see opposite the exit and wait for the 2 guards here to start patrolling. There are a total of 3 guards in this room. 2 patrol while one sits around. Just watch where they patrol and you will have little trouble finding opportunities to deal with them. After that go through the first door on the left.

In this new area take a little time to listen to what they have to say. You will hear an interesting rumor and learn the guard has been tripled on the bridge. After that, kill the 2 guards in this room, loot it, and move on. In the next room you will find another pair of soldiers. One is doing pull ups while the other is talking with him then walking over to the right. Quickly kill the one heading to the right then get the one who just finished their acrobatic workout. Head back over to the right and look at the face of the machines. There you will find a Note to add to Artyom's diary. Now you can over to the left, deal with a pair of guards, tops, and play the piano there for a little fun. You can continue on forward to the left to find a massive door. Throw the switch to the right of it to open it on up. Take out the guard inside the room and then head over to the right.

Hug against the right-hand wall as you reenter the work room. Move forward and watch the crane operator swing some spools into place. Wait for him to step out of his crane then move away from it. After that you can sneak up behind him and kill him or just crouch, move for the door beneath the green light ahead of you and quickly open it before you are spotted.
