Head on down the stairs into the main part of the cinema. As you get toward the lobby you will hear the Survivor report to Hardy that the cinema is overrun internally with Infected. This means you need to work on clearning them out. Head on down the stairs to the first doorway. Head on through it. Likely a Walker will ambush you from the left. Deal with it then turn your attention to the small horde that is rushing you at present. This is a good time to turn on Fury and just take them all out quickly.

With the main portion of the front lobby clear, advance into it and go over to the left. Head down the stairs and over to the right. You will find the front of the theater itself. There are zombies on the other side of the entry doors but they cannot get through them. Head over to the right and find the box office. The door is jammed so break on through it. Inside you will see a corpse sitting in a chair. This is a Walker so kill it. After that loot the room getting the computers, register and safe. After that head into the lobby and give it a once over. Be sure to look behind the concessions stand as there is usually good loot there. After all that you will want to head on down the stairs in the lobby toward the auditorium.

The door to the auditorium is jammed. Once again you will need to break through it. On the other side you have a number of Infected that will immediately rush you. There is also a Thug in the mix but he is much slower to advance on you. Take out all the rushing Infected then turn your attention toward the Thug. It helps, dealing with the Thug, to climb up onto the stage below the screen and start attacking him. He will need to go around to the stairs and head up to attack you. This makes it very simple to kill him before he can get to you. With all the zombies are cleared out of the auditorium then Jacqueline will ask you head up to the projection booth to meet with her.

When you are done with the fight be sure to head to the back row of the seats. There is sometimes a Diamond here! You can also find a Palani Island Guide behind the first row of seats in the auditorium. Be sure to get this diamond any time you come back here (and the one behind the concession stand).

Time to meet with Jacqueline. Go back into the lobby and head over to the concession stand. To the right of that you will find a door that leads up to the projection booth and Jacqueline. She will explain that there is need to close up the front and rear entrances of the theater to stop the Undead from getting in again. She explains that the front shutters are easy but the back shutters have not been used in ages. The key for the back and the controls for front are both found in the box office.

Head down to the box office from the projection booth. The controls for the front shutters are just inside the box office on the right-hand wall. Head over to the left after that and look between the monitors to find the keys for the rear shutters. Head up the stairs into the lobby and break over to the left, into the stairwell that is next to the concession stand. If you want to complete all of Harlow's quest, do not talk with Jacqueline: Complete them first. Harlow is removed from the party following the cutscene. Just what is she up to? After the cutscene talk with Marvin to finish out the quest itself.

Before you leave the cinema you can make yourself a quick access path to the front. Head on up to the lounge found above the entrance to the theater. Head on up the stairs to it and go over to the far left window. Exit the theater through the window and go all the way to the right. You will find a retractable ladder there you can lower down to make your life a lot easier.
