Dead Island: Riptide Walkthrough Part 41 – Sidequests – Ladies First, Cleaning Job

Ladies First
You need to head to the South Central area of Henderson for this quest. Go to the plaza nearby the church, head over to the Makeshift Hospital and go to the Southeast of that and use the ladders there to get something of a shortcut over to the Quarantine Zone vicinity. Head to the West from there to get into the Promenade area. Continue through there for a moment and turn to the South as soon as you can. Head on down the stairs to the plaza below. When you get to the bottom of the stairs head over to the West then turn to the South once more. You will be prompted to kill the monsters attacking the woman. This will begin the quest properly.

There are at least 5 Zombies on her. Take them each out then go over to the basement window she is by. Talk with the woman to learn her name is Nina. She explains the water around her is electrified and needs you to pull the fuses from the fuse box on the first floor. You can get in through the yard, which is apparently on the other side of the building.

Head for the other side but do not immediately head into the search area. Inside head up the stairs to your left. Go up the first flight then turn around and use the crates you see there to get up the landing nearby. Head along it and then jump onto the rooftop next to there. There is a chance there is a Walker here so just kill it quickly. Turn to the right and jump the gap over into Nina's building.

Once inside the building you will need to deal with the Zombies and finding the fuse box. Go through the door and head over to the left. You will be rushed as you enter the building by a Walker. At the start of the short hallway on the left you will find the fuse box. It is locked and you need a key. There is a barricaded door just next to the fuse box. Remove the barricade and enter the room. Apparently this is Nina's Sister and she has the key. Kill her and be sure to grab the keepsake photo that is  the back left portion of the room.

Head back out of the room and use the key to open the fuse box. Pull the fuse and then head down the stairs to your left. At the base of the stairs you have 4 Walkers who are sleeping. The moment you get close to one, they will all rise and attack you. Deal with them then head underneath the stairs and over to the right. You will find another door to open. Go through it and deal with the zombies on the other side. It is only a pair making it very simple to deal with. Kill them and then talk with Nina. She is very happy that you got her out of there. She will give you the reward and then make for the Hospital that has been set up in the Hostel.

Cleaning Job
If you head to the Makeshift Hospital now you can find Nina there. She will now offer the Continuous Quest: “Cleaning Job.” She will trade you Bleach for Money (and XP). This is another good way to clear out extra supply and get some nice cash and XP while at it.
