After Nilin rounds the corner she needs to shoot the control above the panels to raise them. Do so but no not immediately jump. As the middle one raised you likely caught a glimpse of something white. A Scaramech is on the underside of that panel. Spot it and shoot it down to get the PMP. After that is the time to make the jump. Head on forward along the passage to the cutscene that runs. Somebody is ahead of Nilin and they seem to be flickering. Move forward and look for the next controls you can hit with the Spammer. This will turn on a Floodlight that reveals a Leaper briefly who runs away. Head down the passage the light shines and weave your way through it, turning on the lights as you go forward. When Nilin gets to the end of the passage you will find a pair of ladders to climb to move on just go to the right at the top of them.
When you make it to the next room you will encounter a cutscene with the new Leapers being properly introduced as they try to take down Nilin. These are Strangler Leapers. They are invisible as long as they are in darkness. Use the Spammer to turn on the light so you can see and fight them. They fight just like the other Leapers the only problem is the light goes out after so long. You need to use that time to pummel whoever you can. Using the Sensen Fury is a great way to just demolish them quickly otherwise just fight them using Combos. When the encounter is over use the Spammer to open the door to the left and get back outside again.
Run over to the left on the terrace you emerge on. There is a SAT Hatch you can heal up at. After that go back to where you landed from your jump and climb up to the level of the terrace. Head to the next ledge. You will find that there is some siding you can climb up. The problem is it is periodically electrified and that will stop you from going up. Wait for it stop sparking then quickly climb up it and over to the left. As you climb along the wall you will need to Wall Launch to the opposite side to continue on. At the end of that ledge you will need to Wall Launch back to the other side after a jump. Continue on forward to the next plaza after that. When you make it to the blue barred area the rail will break and Nilin will fall into a cargo storage area below.
After she lands head on forward and open the door using the controls to the right with the Spammer. Get back outside. Look to the left now and notice the Icon for the Locking Bar. Go over to it and shoot it with the Spammer. Before you climb up that wall go over to the right where you see some people. To the left of the chair you will be able to find a Mnesist Memory: “Nilin”. With that added to your collection climb the locking bar. Get to the top of the container and then jump into the plaza below. Open the panel on the far end and this will trigger a fight.
Nilin initial is squaring off against a pair of Strangler Leapers. Head over to the right and turn on the floodlight to reveal them. Your 6-Hit combo is one of the best ways to deal with them. After they go down a Strangler will cut the power to the floodlight. This triggers Nilin's remembrance of the Sensen DOS S-Pressen. This stuns all the enemies in the arena and makes them visible. Use this stun time to quickly take down the 2 remaining Strangler Leapers. After that a number of Prowler Leapers will come in and join the fight. Take them down and the rest of the Stranglers, if any survived the Sensen DOS attack.
