A very simple and very, very easy quest. Head over to the marker for Butt Stallion who is nearby Roland. Just look in the shelter behind him. Talk with Butt Stallion to get the quest. After that just melee Butt Stallion to pet her. Finally talk with her to complete the quest.

Rewards: 1 Eridium, XP: 2150

Feed Butt Stallion
Talk with Butt Stallion again to get this subsequent quest. She needs to be fed. As a pony made of diamonds you need to feed her the finer things in life, like Eridium. It costs you 5 to complete this objective. Still, every time you feed her 5, she will give you something. This can be any sort of drop at 5 Eridium a go.

Rewards: $6,502, XP: 430

Find Murderlin's Temple
The final, non-raid, post-game quest is found in Moxxi's Grog and Girls. Talk with her and she will give you this quest. This puts you on the path to get to Murderlin's Temple and compete in the Magic Circle of Slaughter. Just talk with him to complete the quest and be in position to start into the Magical Circles of Slaughter.
