Scrum through the lower floor for the burial urn there and then root through the three in the upper area, ignoring the linen and embalming tool left behind in the Deathlord's sarcophagus. Once all that is cleared out, head through the door at the back of the second floor.
The obvious chest is obvious, as is the urn next to it- but while the room initially appears to be a dead end, there's a doorway open on the right, spanned with a cobweb. This leads to another of the round, linked burial chambers, which has a large purple lightning rune emblazoned in the floor.
Skirt around the deadly (100+ damage) trap as best you can, making sure to loot both the burial urn and the draugr corpse in the room, and you'll get a look at one of the entry halls that is usually blocked by a Claw door. This one, however, has a very obvious lever instead- and another fatal lightning rune on the floor right in the middle of its entrance. The ward is essentially unavoidable, so unless you have a good way to disable it, you'll have to just charge in and be ready to handle the damage and Magicka-sapping effect.
Once you're healed, enter the room- this room has a four-pillar puzzle, whose answers are not only held by the large stone heads emerging from the floor but also the upper wall behind each pillar. This one, though the solution is presented to you, is long- this is because three of the pillars cause other pillars to turn when they themselves are turned. While it's possible to slowly decipher which pillars turn which other pillars and devise a planned solution to the problem, the practical (and faster) way to do it is to simply start turning pillars- each pillar has only three settings after all, meaning there are at most eighty-one possible overall pillar settings. It's quite easy to quickly run through all possible permutations by simply turning pillars, and at some point the set of four pillars will simply be right- just check after each time you set a pillar to the proper face and you should be done here within a minute or two.
Once you have your solution set up, it's time to pull the lever and head down the stairs to some more circular burial chambers.
