This guide will provide you with the fastest and least expensive way to level your Enchanting skill up from 1 to 600. The guide is up to date for WoW patch 5.0.5

Enchanting is the best combined with Tailoring, you do not need a gathering profession for either of them. This way you will be able to disenchant most items you craft and also save gold, otherwise you will need either a guide (or friends who are happy to help) or plenty of gold!

If you buy the material at the Auction House, don't buy them all at once as they will cost you a lot.
