This is a reasonably standard Build Order, made of a classic 1 rax expand opening with a slight change to the timing of your gas. You can use this build order on most maps and it will allow you to launch yourself economically and stay quite safe in the game. At the same time it will give you all the advantages you can have at the start with a 1 rax FE, with the chance of timing pushes with a mass of Marines in the early game.

Note that you have the possibility to be aggressive before the 66 supply. You have the possibility of adding Barracks BEFORE this timing if you feel that your opponent is playing too “greedy” and want to punish him with a Marines & Marauders timing push.
Notes & Timing of the build order
At 9 minutes into the game you should have all your production buildings and your two bases completely full - 32 SCVs minimum and 12 SCVs gas.
At 9.40 minutes into the game you should have enough minerals to build your third Command Centre.
