Getting through hundreds of levels of Frozen Free Fall can be quite the challenge. Thankfully, different characters straight from the Disney movie are available as companions. Whether it’s Elsa, Anna or Olaf - every fellow traveler comes equipped with their very own special ability. Most levels give you the option to choose between two characters. Pick the one whose power-up matches the level best!

Just keep in mind that this overview only applies to the regular winter levels of the free mobile app and not the ones that were added with the summer update or game modes available during the Halloween holiday event.The very first companion that'll help you out in Frozen Free Fall is Anna, one of the main protagonists. Her torch has the ability to melt an entire row of crystals. Simply select the power-up and swipe your fingers over the eight consecutive tiles you want to destroy!As a sorceress, Elsa has the power to summon a glacier and destroy all crystals of one color. Which one? That is entirely up to you. It's usually best to save this power-up for tricky levels that seem impossible to beat, as clearing the field of one particular ice crystal can be especially helpful when wanting to get rid of that last pesky frost or ice block.
Note: Glaciers will also appear if you manage to connect five or more crystals of the same type. Grand Pabbie / Magic / Level 24
Activating this power-up will choose one special ability at random. If you're looking for a boost that will surprise you, Grand Pabbie is the right Frozen Free Fall companion for you. You will have to make do with the power-up you're assigned. This could be any other power from the characters you have already unlocked.This fine gentleman can be of great help when used correctly. Select his sharp sword and swipe over a distinct set of crystals to shatter them. Because it's in your power to pick the spot (instead of getting a random result), this is one of the most versatile power-ups in this puzzle mobile game.Kristoff / Ice Axe / Level 81
With a mighty swing of his ice axe, Kristoff manages to break six random crystals upon triggering his power-up. Depending on what it hits, this ability could lead to some pretty fantastic combos. This companion comes with great risk, as it purely depends on luck.Unleashing the wrath of Sven..., just kidding, Sven couldn't hurt a fly. What the trusty moose has to offer, however, is a tasty carrot treat that will destroy nine blockers. Randomly chosen, of course. This is super helpful in some levels, not so much in others. It's up to you to pick the right moment!Olaf / Hot Chocolate / Level 111
It will take a while to unlock this bubbly snowman as a companion in Frozen Free Fall, but boy is he worth it! Using his hot chocolate will not only melt one single tile of your choice, but all others beneath it, too. It's wise to pick a crystal that's on the top to get the most use out of Olaf's power-up.Trolls / Roll / Level 201
These enchanted creatures are strong enough to break two entire rows of crystals. Two rows! This is particularly useful when trying to reach an objective before running out of moves or to get the ball rolling and hopefully strike some big combos to significantly increase your score.
