Patches On Empire Total War

It has been quite some time since Empire Total War has been released and obviously, as a game with pretty much fans, it has acquired countless modifications and fixes and patches on it. These additional things that are made up by the fans are in all sorts. They can be skin pack files that change the appearance of the things in the game such as flags, units, ships, general pictures scholar pictures, artworks and maybe even trees and buildings and such, why not? Or they can be in such manner, unlike mere skin packs that change the skin but let be the way that the units are, change the units or create new units with completely new statics and visual appearance, and these are called additional unit packs and are hard to create. There are also some other packs and modes that change the play style of the game. Adding more realistic options to the diplomacy panel, or more realistic responses of the countries. Somewhat a better artificial intelligence, that is combined with historical data, making the countries and nations tend to follow what they already did in the history. So nothing like ottoman empire attacking American states would happen.

However not all patches bring good to the game. There are some patches that in most minds, considered crap. Some retards who claim to be fans, waste their times on that thing and advertise quite sufficiently, but a lame thing as a cool thing, and make the real fans download and install the mod. However, they also exclude any way of deleting that mod from the game easily, therefore if the fan does not know detailed ways of deleting and adding mods to the game, in case he does not like the mod, he can not. So this means an intense waste of time for the player as he needs to reinstall the game, which now days takes hours. And why would the mod would be bad? Just because the producer of that particular mob is nothing more than a bantha fodder, he will probably do something to please his egos, such as intense unit sizes, or funny building looks and retarded notes everywhere that you can see. Obviously it is not something you want much.

But are there no good modes? Yes of course there are. I mean not to advertise but they really require this much at least. There is the mod called AUM, additional units mode it is called, a combination of various skin and additional unit packs, in one. Which includes like 200 new units as in normal land units, artillery, ships, generals and so on and so on. It is an awesome mod that also adds cool graphics to the game, making it way better when playing. Also the new units add so much realism to the game and it turns out to be a fabulous and nifty game, even more than it already is! So if you love playing Empire total war and if you want more realism in what you are playing - since you have already proved that you like realism with liking total war series - you really should look out for these mods and download them and try them out as much as you can. For there can be some mods that you had in mind but were not aware of. Go out and get it, and you will see how awesome they are. Peace!
