1. Use your left finger and tap the left side of the screen!

The game scrolls to the right, and the chimneys come by surprisingly fast. We found it best if you stick the left side of the screen, that way you won’t be blocking your view on the right side. You only have about two seconds to react to the chimneys that come by, so you want to give yourself as much time as possible!

2. Watch for storms!

You get an on-screen notification when a storm is about to hit. When storms roll in, the game starts to scroll at a slightly faster pace. This can be troubling considering how fast the game normally is, but you should be okay if you just time your present drops a little earlier than usual. Thankfully though, storms usually only last for about a couple seconds, making like 5 seconds at most.

3. Be careful not to give the bad kids presents!

While you’re encourage to be as precise and speedy with your present drops, be on the look out for bad kids! They’ll be sticking their heads out of the chimney waiting to throw you off, and if you end up dropping a present on them it counts as missing a chimney, so the game will automatically end! Keep a sharp eye and don’t just instinctively drop presents once you see a chimney appear on screen!

4. Watch videos for gas!

Each attempt spends 1 gas. Gas doesn’t seem to recover over time, but you do have the option of watching an advertisement to regain a little bit of gas. This seems to be the only way to viably regain gas, as the cheapest gas option in the store costs a whopping 500 coins! You gain one coin per present drop, so you can see how long that’ll take to save up for.

5. Practice and take a break if needed!

This game can get a little frustrated due to missing just ONE chimney results in a game over, so take a break if necessary. Remember that your attempts are limited so you want to try your best with each attempt, so don’t go for it if you’re not feeling up to it!
