Currency earnings demystified

There's a lot of currencies thrown around on screen in Katy Perry Pop, and it's not always clear what they do. Here's a quick guide to them:

• Rainbows are your experience points. Collecting these will help you level up.
• Coins are the non-premium currency in the game. You'll have to spend this on almost everything, including travel and clothes.
• Gems are the premium currency. Katy Perry Pop is very stingy with gems, so make sure you use them wisely!
• Roller skates, hearts, and other random things are inspiration. Inspiration helps your overall performance, so make sure to pick these up on completing quests or buying food in the game.

If you start a mission, you better finish it in time

Every quest in Katy Perry Pop will complete after a certain time limit, but you don't necessarily just want to play the waiting game, as it might lead to bad reviews or a slower-than-desirable climb in the pop charts.
