Poptile is one of the newest and most addictive new game apps we’ve covered here at AppGameCheats. It’s sort of like a backwards version of Tetris where you have to break tiles to keep them from reaching the top of the screen. You can choose to pop larger groups of pieces to clear more space or save the groups for later in case of emergency!
This game has more strategy than meets the eye, choosing whether to pop one piece or use a combo can make the difference between getting a score in the hundreds vs a score in the thousands! Although there aren’t any actual Poptile cheats available yet, there are some good tips and tricks available to help improve your game and more importantly, your high score!
Now that we’ve covered some basic Poptile strategy, let’s talk power-ups. Power-ups are given to you at random as you play Poptile. It seems like you get one for every 150 or so points you earn. There are three different types of power-ups that you’ll get in Poptile: target, -3, and stop.
The target power-up is probably my favorite power-up in Poptile. When you decide to use the target power-up, you can tap a certain color and the power-up will remove ALL tiles of that color! Try to pick a color that will provide the best outcome for combos.
The stop power-up is the most common power-up you’ll get in Poptile. This one is probably the least powerful of the three different power-ups but can still be useful when used correctly. The stop power-up lets you pop a tile or tiles without having a new row appear. This one is good to use when you’re just trying to remove a single tile or a small combo.
The -3 power-up is my other favorite power-up in Poptile. This power-up will remove the three lowest lines on your Poptile board. The -3 power-up can be useful if you’re close to touching the top or if you are trying to keep building a large combo at the top of your board.
I think Poptile is going to be a hit among app game players so be sure to take in all of the strategy advice now. Your friends will be asking you how to get such a high score!
