Imagine being a traveler going around the world to all the exotic places you have never heard of, and then imagine being chased by tigers because you disturbed their peace! This sums up what Danger Dash is all about. Take part in this adventure run-and-dodge game released by developer Gameloft, and see how for you can make it in the wild. Danger Dash has been downloaded over ten million times with a rating of 4.0 out of 5 on the Google Play Store. Grab a copy and challenge your friends to become the best explorer out there!
The goal of Danger Dash is actually pretty simple yet it can be hard to achieve. The game starts with a three little slides that shows you that the tigers have noticed you meddling around in their territory and you start running because the tigers start chasing you. Your character runs automatically, all you really need to do is dodge obstacles and collect coins. While this may sound easy, it can get pretty difficult the further you run. Some obstacles require you to jump over them, others require you to slide under them and some you just have to dodge by tapping left and right. If you crash against an obstacle, your run ends. You will get an option to save yourself and continue running but in order to do this, you need to watch an advertisement video first.
If you choose not to save yourself, you will see your total score. Your total score will be composed of the distance of your run in meters and the amount of coins you have collected. You can earn extra coins by completing tasks/achievements such as sliding under a certain amount of obstacles or scoring a certain amount of points in a single run.
There are leaderboards implemented in Danger Dash. You can compare and compete against all the players around the world but you can also tap on the friends tab and see your friends’ score but in order to do this, you will need to sign in through Facebook. Signing in through Facebook for the first time will give you a double coins booster for 72 hours! With all the coins you have earned, you can unlock new characters and purchase upgrades for those characters. There are four characters in total and many upgrades to apply.
In Danger Dash, you earn coins by playing the game. With these coins you can purchase things in the in-game store. There are unlockable characters and upgrades you can apply to them.
There are four characters you can play as in total. These characters are Chuck Ace, Miranda Rose who costs 50.000 coins to unlock, Blowing Wind who costs 180.000 coins to unlock and Talos who costs a whopping 260.000 coins to unlock. Every character has its own perks.
There are also a lot of upgrades you can apply to your characters. These upgrades cost coins so you will need to save a lot of them in order to be able to upgrade. There are too many upgrades in Danger Dash for me to make a list of so you will need to check them out yourselves.
I could not find if you could actually purchase coins with real money but there is an option to watch advertisement videos which will reward you 1500 coins per video watched. After every three videos watched you will get a bonus of 2700 coins extra!
Danger Dash is such an enjoyment to play, but it can be difficult because you do have to use rubies and coins a lot in this game, which you can run out of easily. Coins are especially important because that is how you upgrade your characters. While you can get the rubies and coins through the in-app purchasing option, this ends up costing real money, and most gamers try to avoid paying for items like this because it is too pricey.
We recently added Danger Dash to our hack tool database, which means we now can share with you a free coins and rubies generator, which gives you these items completely for free, and it runs on iOS and Android.
If you simply look below at the image, you will notice the options menu is setup really nicely, which is where you go when you want to input the amounts of coins and rubies you want to add to your gaming account.
Simply download the Danger Dash hack tool, which will take around 30 seconds, and you will notice it will automatically install as well. Both the download and installation speeds depend upon your internet connection and device, but neither should take over one minute to complete. Next, simply select either iOS or Android depending on which device you are using to play Danger Dash, and then the options menu will appear on your screen. You can now enter the amounts of coins and rubies that you want to add to your account, and you can always come back and add more later if you want.
Now, you will need to tap on the “Start” button, then the hack tool will begin working, and this can take up to 60 seconds to finish. After you see that the hack tool has finished, you can simply open up Danger Dash on your device like normal, and then you will see that the coins and rubies are added to your account. This free coins and rubies generator is great because you don’t have to ever spend money in the app store to get the currency, and you can then begin to upgrade your items and purchase all of the needed in-game items without spending real money.
You might have wondered if there are any cheats available for Danger Dash and you might have searched on Google for them. From what I have experienced, there are many search results of websites that claim they have working cheats for Danger Dash such as cheats to gain unlimited free coins, unlimited free upgrades, all the characters unlocked and remove ads. While these websites might look trustworthy, they are far from it. In order to be able to even download these so called cheats, you need to fill in a survey. After you have gone through the trouble of filling in said survey, you will be able to download the cheat files only to find out that they are fake and not working. You could also be very unlucky and download a virus, so beware of websites like this. Instead of looking for cheats, I will give you some tips and tricks for Danger Dash which will help you with your gameplay.
In Danger Dash, you need to collect as many coins as possible because they will add to your high score and you can purchase things with them. The game sometimes scatter the coins in such a way that if you do not pay attention, you will crash against an obstacle. Sometimes it is better to miss a few coins rather than to get caught by the tigers and having to start over again. You should focus more on running a longer distance instead of trying to grab every single coin in your run. Pay attention to the road because there are bonuses you can collect if you act fast enough. There are certain boxes with some gold and other useful items which you can break and grab if you run into them. Doing this will give you a nice boost during gameplay.
It is important that you focus on the game and try to see where the next set of obstacles are going to be. When you do this, you will be able to tap earlier on your screen and avoid these obstacles with ease instead of having to rush. Rushing will cause mistakes which can end your run very quickly. The more distance you run in Danger Dash, the harder the game becomes. Beware of obstacles that come right after each other because it can happen that you have to slide under an obstacle and then immediately you have to jump over another. This is also a very important reason why you have to focus on this game if you want to achieve a high score.
If you feel like you have collected a good sum of coins, you should look into upgrading your character. Upgrades in Danger Dash will help your character be more effective during gameplay so that you can run a bigger distance and dodge obstacles easier. Next to upgrades, you can also unlock other characters. These characters have better perks than the first character so you should also look into unlocking them when you have enough coins.
While I have played multiple run-and-dodge games over the years, I was still looking forward to play Danger Dash. This is because of the fact that it is one of the most popular games of its genre with over ten million downloads in the app. These numbers are astronomical, especially because it could have been just another copy. The number of downloads led me to believe that Danger Dash would be a fun game to play, and it was. The game starts off with three small slides that shows you that tigers have spotted you and they will start chasing you. There is no real tutorial in the beginning but you will get helped with arrows that tell you what to do. For instance an up arrow will tell you to jump and a down arrow will tell you to slide. After you have played a while, these arrows will disappear because you will be able to anticipate what to do on your own. This is a nice touch because you will not get annoyed by constantly getting bombarded with help text bubbles.
After you learn the basics of the game, everything will become pretty straightforward. You run as far as you possibly can by avoiding obstacles and on your way, you need to collect coins. Doing this successfully will guarantee you of a high score. You do this over and over again until you have a score that makes you happy. A nice feature in Danger Dash is that you can compete with players around the world or with your friends through Facebook. I like to this feature because it adds a challenge to the game. If you got a high score, you can show it off to your friends and to everyone else who plays the game.
Unfortunately there are also a few negative aspects in Danger Dash. The first one being that the game has ads in it. While it is understandable that free-to-play games have ads implemented in them, they can still be obstructive. Sometimes I just wanted to play again so I kept tapping the play button, but an ad would pop up and I would accidently click on it and my browser would open. This is a very annoying way of ad placement and I wished the developers made better choices about where to actually place them so they would not obstruct gameplay.
Another negative aspect about Danger Dash is that the unlockable characters cost so many coins that it seems like it is almost impossible to unlock them at all. While it is true that the second character is not that hard to unlock, the third and fourth seem impossible because you need to dish out hundreds of thousands of coins. It would have been nice if there were more unlockable characters so the difference in price would be smaller, or just lower the price on all the characters so they can just be unlocked by casual players as well and not just hardcore Danger Dash players.
Artwork: I give Danger Dash a 7/10 for its artwork. The graphics were actually pretty decent, the animations were cartoonish and worked well with the type of game that Danger Dash is. The maps are drawn nicely and are detailed. . The tigers who are chasing you and the objects that you need to dodge are crisp and nicely animated.
Music & SFX: I give Danger Dash a 7/10 for its music and SFX. The background noises at the main menu of exotic animals makes you feel like you are at the zoo, which is nice because it makes you feel like you are really in the game. The soundtrack during gameplay is thrilling and makes it more exciting to play Danger Dash. The sound effects which you hear when you collect coins, jump and crash into an obstacle are fitting and easy on the ears.
Story & Originality: I give Danger Dash a 5/10 for its story and originality. Unfortunately there are dozens and dozens of run-and-dodge games which are similar to Danger Dash released on the app stores, so the game lacks originality, though the developers tried to counter this by having more characters and items you can unlock in the game itself. There is a story in Danger Dash, where you are an explorer who gets tailed by tigers and you need to run away. There are many obstacles ahead of you, so you must make sure to dodge all of these in order to not get caught by the tigers behind you.
General Gameplay: I give Danger Dash a 7/10 for general gameplay. The gameplay is actually pretty straightforward once you get used to it. All you really have to do is focus and pay attention to the next set of obstacles that are coming. This way you need to decide if you want to jump over, slide under or just past them by going left and right. Next to dodging obstacles, you also need to collect coins which you can later use to unlock items and characters in the in-game store.
Addictiveness: I give Danger Dash an 8/10 for addictiveness. Because you are not limited by lives or energy bars, you can just keep playing whenever you feel like it without having to wait. Add to that the fact that you can unlock more characters and upgrade your items and that you can connect through Facebook or Google+ to compete with your friends and you got yourself a very addictive game on your hands.
All things considered, I give Danger Dash a 7/10.
