Ninja UP! Cheats & Hack for All Outfits & God Mode

You ever wanted to be a pixel ninja whose sole purpose is to jump as high as possible, climbing up until you are in space? Well in that case Ninja UP! Is just the game for you. This adventure / reflex game released by game developer Gameloft, is all about jumping with your ninja and getting as high as possible, but of course you will face many obstacles on your way. Ninja UP! has been downloaded over a million times with a rating of 3.8 out of 5 on Google Play Store and a 4.5 star rating on iOS App Store.
Like the name makes you guess, in Ninja UP! you play as a little blue robed ninja, who you need to help jump up as high as possible by drawing ropes under his feet. You achieve this goal by drawing lines of rope under his feet and as simple as that sounds, it can get pretty complicated because of the many enemy ninjas and other obstacles in the air.

The game starts off with your ninja already bouncing up and down and when you draw the first rope under him, he goes up and you continue from there. The lines of rope you draw under him saves him from falling down and also helps him jump up higher. You can make it harder for yourself by drawing shorter rope lines which make him propel higher upwards, but if you want to play it safe, you can also make larger rope lines but this will propel him upwards for an average distance.

You start your mission in the city streets, right next to what looks to be a delightful pizza place and by making him jump higher and higher, you can get him up towards space, even close to other planets. While this sounds pretty easy, it is actually not. There are a ton of obstacles you face while going upwards, the main one being the fact that you will drop down and die if you do not draw a line of rope in time for your ninja. Other common obstacles are construction cranes, which will block your path and if you hit it, you will fall down. There are also rival ninjas who spin their nunchakus and hover around like helicopters. If you accidentally hit them, you can still save your ninja by drawing a line of rope under him, but you need to be fast! As you progress upwards, you will also face obstacles like UFO’s.

Ninja UP! In-game store

There is no in-game store in Ninja UP! so it is in fact a real free-to-play game by developer Gameloft. Playing Ninja UP! is completely free with no depleting energy bars or waiting times before you can play again. You can start up and start jumping your ninja up as high as possible whenever you want.

Ninja UP! Cheats & Tips

Because Ninja UP! does not have an in-game currency or energy bars, there are no cheats available for those kind of things. Ninja UP! is all about competing with your friends to get the highest score possible. There are websites out there that claim they have a hack for this game that can glitch the high score board and make it look like you have jumped a very huge distant. If you feel like this is something you would want, then by all means, just google for those kind of hacks. But just to make it clear, those websites are most likely fake.

I have tried downloading one of those hacks for this preview’s sake, but I got redirected to a download website which makes you fill in a survey before you can even download said hack. Both the website advertising the hack and the download website make money because of these surveys, and once you complete them, you will be able to download the hack. The hack which I downloaded was a fake, just an empty shell that did not do anything but it could have been worse, it could have been a virus. So be cautious when you download hacks from shady websites.

Ninja UP! Gameplay Tips

You need to pay attention to the whole area, because this determines towards which side you should steer your ninja. There are often obstacles in your way who will block you and make you fall down. You can still save your ninja by being fast and drawing a line of rope under him but most of the time you will be too slow and he will fall down. Another tip is to watch your ninja’s eyes which show you when to exactly draw another rope line under him. When your ninja is going upwards, his eyes will look up. But when he starts to fall down, his eyes will look down which means you need to draw a line in order to keep the momentum going.

In Ninja UP! it all is about the length of the rope you draw. The shorter your rope is, the higher your ninja gets boosted upwards. This can work in your advantage because you will be able to cover a larger distance in less time and blast through enemy lines without a problem. Drawing shorter rope lines and making sure your ninja lands on them takes practice of course. Drawing longer rope lines will assure you that your ninja lands on them even though your ninja will not get boosted upwards as much as shorter ropes. You should think about evening out both the longer and shorter lines of rope so you can assure that you get as high up as possible.

One of the hardest parts of Ninja UP! is to avoid obstacles which always seem to be in your ninja’s way, trying to destroy his dreams of jumping up into space. Some of the simpler obstacles can be totally avoided if you keep jumping in a fast pace. Other obstacles are not avoidable which means you need to look around for an opening and jump through them in order to pass them. Keep in mind that can also jump diagonally, depending on how you draw your ropes. You can also draw a curved rope which will alter the direction that your ninja will jump towards. Once you have drawn a rope line, does not mean you cannot correct yourself. If you see that your ninja is not going to fall on your line, you can quickly draw another line and correct yourself.

A last gameplay tip I would like to give you guys and girls is to try to keep your ninja in a straight line. Keeping your ninja in the center and drawing short lines will assure your ninja to jump the highest as possible with an extra boost. The reason you would want to keep your ninja in the center is because this way, you are most likely to avoid obstacles on your way up. Try drawing your rope lines as horizontal as possible and if you are accurate enough, you will see a big difference in your gameplay of Ninja UP!

Detailed Ninja UP! Review

Ninja UP! Is a game designed for young kids and adults who have some time to kill and own a smartphone. It does not have a tutorial and it is not needed because the gameplay itself is simple, but the difficulty lies in getting your ninja to jump as high as possible while at the same time avoiding obstacles that stand in your way. I started the game not knowing what to expect but I was positively amazed by the fact that the game is actually very fun to play. You start at the bottom and the higher you get, the more beautiful the environment becomes and the harder the game becomes. After you have played a couple of times, you kind of get what the goal of the game is. You train for a bit to get a hang of the game’s mechanics and how to draw lines correctly so that your ninja can jump as high as possible.

The game is really addictive because of the fact that you do not get limited by the game itself. You do not have lives, or an energy bar. You can just simply hit start, draw a line and start jumping. Another aspect that makes this game really addictive is that you are able to connect with your friends and compete with them to see who can jump the highest.

Really the only negative aspect of Ninja UP! are the advertisements that occasionally pop up but the developers did a good job to make this as less obstructive to your gameplay as possible. You will only face them at your game-over screens, and this only happens occasionally.

All things considered, Ninja UP! is an overall very build mobile game and is a nice time killer but be warned, you will find yourself playing this game for a while if you do not look at the time now and then.

Ninja UP! Ratings

Artwork: I give Ninja UP! a 9/10 for its artwork. The art in Ninja UP! is pixelated and clean. The atmosphere really fits the game and the graphics can be stunning at times, especially when you get higher up towards space. You can tell that the developers spend a good chunk of their time on detailing the characters and models in Ninja UP! just by looking at it. The idle animations and movements are smooth and a fit the overall theme of the game very well.

Music & SFX: I give Ninja UP! a 9/10 for its music and SFX. The soundtrack and sound effects in this game are incredible and what is more important is, they absolutely fit the whole ninja theme of the game. There is an Eastern/Asian soundtrack in the background while you play which is easy on the ears and your ninja hero makes sounds with every jump he makes. There are also sound effects for when you get boosted, for your rival obstacles and other things and overall they all fit together perfectly.

Story & Originality: I give Ninja UP! an 8/10 for its story and originality. While there are probably dozens of games like Ninja UP! where your goal is to jump as high as possible, it still does not take away from the fact that the developers did a very good job on this game. There is no real story behind the game but you can make up something on your way up to space, passing rivals and other obstacles.

General Gameplay: I give Ninja UP! a 9/10 for general gameplay. The game does exactly what is been advertised and there are no annoying things about it. You play as a ninja, jumping up on ropes, getting higher and higher, and beating your friends’ high scores. There are no loopholes in the game, you do not have to pay money in order to continue to play and you do not have to wait every five times you die before you can play again. The only “negative” aspect in this game are the advertisements which sometimes pop up but they are not annoying and you can tap them away.

Addictiveness: I give Ninja UP! an 8/10 for addictiveness. I would categorize the game itself as a time killer, but I must admit that I did find myself trying to beat my own high score for over an hour in one sitting. The addictiveness gets even worse if you connect through social media such as Facebook and Google+ and try to compete with your friends. If you do not want to connect through social media, you can also just check out the leaderboards which already is in the game. You can check out the high scores all across the world and try to beat them if you like a challenge. I for once do and this is a very nice add-on to the game.

All things considered, I give Ninja UP! a 9/10.
