If you are stuck on a certain logo and you really do not know how to solve it or what colors to use, you can always go on the internet and look for walkthroughs. There are several websites that offer complete walkthroughs for Colormania – Color the Logo, showing you the colors of each and every logo in the game. Of course, this takes away the challenge in the game, but being stuck at a particular logo is no fun either. By using these walkthroughs, you can easily color every single logo in the game and finish it in no time.
It has not yet been proven, but there are many websites that claim that you can easily use the time-lapse cheat in Colormania – Color the Logo. The time-lapse cheat entails that you forward the time on your mobile device, tricking the game into believing that a certain amount of time has already passed by. By doing this, you can easily get out of time-out periods and have full sets of hearts again. It is not guaranteed that the time-lapse cheat will work, but there is no harm in trying and seeing if it does work on your device.

When I first downloaded Colormania – Color the Logo, I thought it would be another one of those generic “guess the name of this logo” games. After I downloaded Colormania – Color the Logo and played it for the first time, I could have not been more wrong. This game takes the generic idea of guessing the names of logos and turns it around to coloring logos in instead. I was very pleased by the creativity of the developers and you can tell right away that they have spent a lot of time designing the graphics, animations and even music for Colormania – Color the Logo. The gameplay becomes very straightforward after a while, but the more you progress through the game, the more difficult it becomes. I am a person who enjoys being challenged in any kind of game and Colormania – Color the Logo does exactly that. There are even special Colormania Challenges, which are harder and really makes the game more fun to play.
Colormania – Color the Logo is a well-designed game, but unfortunately it also has a few negative aspects about it. For starters, the developers of Colormania – Color the Logo have implemented a lot of advertisements into the game. These advertisements come in the form of surprise pop-ups, which show up at unexpected times. For me, it felt like the advertisements showed up exactly when you are about to tap on the screen.
This makes it feel like the developers of Colormania – Color the Logo are trying to trick people into tapping on the advertisements on accident, which minimalizes the game and opens up your browser. This is a very annoying and obstructive way of advertisement placement, which is a huge turn off for me personally. It is understandable that developers of free-to-play games implement ads into their games, so that they can generate an income for their efforts, but they should never try to obstruct players and annoy them by doing so.
The second negative aspect about Colormania – Color the Logo is the fact that the game has several limitations implemented in it. For example, you only have a set amount of lives, and while you can get free lives by spinning the bonus wheel, it is still very annoying that you have to wait a while before you can spin it. The second limitation is called the time-out, which is a total of twenty-five minutes in which you cannot play the game at all.
Of course, you can purchase life packages and shorter time-out durations in the in-game store by spending real money. The problem is that it feels like the developers are simply trying to force people into purchasing these options in the in-game store, to make the game more entertaining to play. They are punishing loyal players instead of awarding them, which is bad for business.
Artwork: I give Colormania – Color the Logo an 9/10 for its artwork. The graphics and animations in Colormania – Color the Logo are minimalistic, but very nice and clear in my opinion. The developers have obviously spend a lot of time designing the user interface, the main menu and the gameplay itself. There are a ton of icons and even different kinds of challenges, which also have their own designs and logos. I like the fact that the game has several animations, which makes the gameplay feel more alive.
Music & SFX: I give Colormania – Color the Logo an 8/10 for its music and SFX. There are several well designed soundtracks and sound effects in Colormania – Color the Logo, making the game very pleasing to listen to while you are playing. I especially like the fact that the soundtracks and sound effects are easy on the ears, which means that you will not get bothered at all by them. It is also nice to have several different soundtracks because you will be less prone to becoming bored by listening to the same music over and over again.
Story & Originality: I give Colormania – Color the Logo an 8/10 for its story and originality. There is no story in Colormania – Color the Logo, and it does not need one because it is a trivia game. There are many games in the app stores that are similar to Colormania – Color the Logo, where you have to figure out the name that belongs to a logo. However, I have never played a game where you had to figure out what color a certain logo is. This means that Colormania – Color the Logo is a very original game, with its own game concept and mechanics. It is very refreshing to see that there are still developers out there that are creative and come up with their own ideas for mobile games, or any kind of games for that matter.
General Gameplay: I give Colormania – Color the Logo an 8/10 for general gameplay. The gameplay of Colormania – Color the Logo does not start with a tutorial, and it really does not need one. There are several text bubbles, telling you what you need to do and showing you how to use your hammer and brush tools. The general gameplay is pretty straightforward, but still very entertaining due to the fact that the game gets more challenging, the further you progress. There are also several challenges you can try to complete, if you are someone who enjoys challenges in games. I really like the fact that the controls are responsive and the user interface is beautifully designed. Everything works pretty well in Colormania – Color the Logo.
Addictiveness: I give Colormania – Color the Logo a 6/10 for addictiveness. Colormania – Color the Logo is a game that is very nicely designed and does a lot of things pretty well, but unfortunately it is not as addictive to me as it should be. This is due to the fact that the developers have implemented surprise pop-up advertisements, which are really annoying and obstructive to the general gameplay. Of course, you can pay $3,99 to remove said advertisements, but not everyone wants or can spend money on a free-to-play game. There is also the fact that there are twenty-five minute long time-outs and lives in the game, which limits the playtime for players a lot. If these limitations were not there, than I could imagine Colormania – Color the Logo being one of the most addictive trivia games on the app stores.
All things considered, I give Colormania – Color the Logo an 8/10.
