Everyone has heard of LEGO bricks, which you can make buildings with. It is usually considered to be a toy for kids, but adults enjoy playing with it as well. LEGO Juniors Quest is an adventure game, specifically designed to introduce young kids to the world of LEGO. LEGO Juniors Quest has been developed and successfully released by game developer The LEGO Group, and is pretty popular among young mobile gamers. The game has been downloaded over ten million times with a rating of 3.8 out of 5 on Google Play Store and a 3.5 out of 5 star rating on iOS App Store. LEGO Juniors Quest is free to download and play on Google Play Store and iOS App Store and does not require an internet connection to play.
LEGO Juniors Quest is designed specifically for your children, and is basically an introduction to the LEGO world. In LEGO Juniors Quest, you play as a police officer, who likes helping people out, who are in need of help. At the beginning of the gameplay, you will see a cut scene, where a convict escapes out of his cell. The goal of the game is to complete quests and continue on your journey, to find the escaped convict. There are many different quests in LEGO Juniors Quest, which you need to complete successfully, before the next location unlocks.
There are many different quests in LEGO Juniors Quest, such as finding the escaped convict, missing cat and even clear out a huge boulder from the road. Each location has a cut scene, where you will learn what the quest is and what you will need to do, in order to complete it successfully. Occasionally, you will have to drive in your patrol car and collect LEGO studs from the roads, which you can use to unlock more content in the game. After you complete every single quest in the game, and visit every location on the world map, you will find the escaped convict and lock him back up in his cell. LEGO Juniors Quest does not have an ending, which means that kids can play the game over and over again. Once a location is unlocked, you will always be able to revisit it, whenever you want to.
A very nice feature in LEGO Juniors Quest is called the Virtual LEGO builder. You basically build objects, by dragging and dropping LEGO bricks into the correct locations. The virtual LEGO builder is a very nice introduction to LEGO, and allows children to play around with the bricks. After you have successfully completed the object that you needed to build, you can use it to complete the quest. The studs that you have collected while you were on patrol, can be used to purchase and construct new patrol cars. There are four patrol cars in total, and once you have purchased a new patrol car, you will have to construct it. Once you have successfully constructed it, you will be able to use it on your patrols. The newer patrol cars are usually faster, which is nice for children who like cars.
There is only one currency in LEGO Juniors Quest, which is in the form of LEGO studs. You can easily collect the studs by playing the game and completing levels successfully. You can use the studs that you have saved up to unlock in-game content. For example, you can purchase a new LEGO car, which you have to put together yourself, and drive around in it. LEGO Juniors Quest is designed for young children, and does not require skills such as reading or writing. This means that any sort of in-game store would simply make the game feel like a cash grab and a scam. Thankfully, the developers of LEGO Juniors Quest decided not to implement any kind of in-game purchases and keep the game enjoyable and playable by young children.

There are many websites on the internet that claim they have working cheat tools for LEGO Juniors Quest, which can allegedly unlock every level within the game and give you an unlimited amount of studs. Why someone would want such a cheat tool is beyond me, because there is no in-game store in the game, which means that the studs are basically useless. Of course, you can unlock in-game content by spending studs, but collecting studs is already very easy. The websites that offer such tools are only out to trick people, by making them fill in a survey before they can even start downloading said cheat tool. It might sound very silly, but the surveys are actually a good source of income for these fake cheat websites. Every survey that gets filled in generates a certain amount of money for the websites. After you have filled in a survey, you will quickly find out that you have wasted your time, because the tool is nothing but an empty shell.
For the sake of this review, I decided to try out one of the many cheat tools that are available for LEGO Juniors Quest. I went to a website that offered a cheat tool for LEGO Juniors Quest, which could unlock the whole game for me and allow me to have an unlimited amount of studs. I scrolled down and clicked on the download button, which redirected me to a download website. On the download website, I had to fill in a survey, before my download could start. After I finished the survey and finished downloading the cheat tool, I tried to start it up by double clicking on it. Nothing happened and after about ten seconds, an error message showed up, stating that I have to re-download the cheat tool, if I want it to work. Instead of wasting your time, trying to find cheats for LEGO Juniors Quest, I will give you some tips and tricks that will help you with your gameplay.
It could happen that you do not know what to do at a certain quest, and nobody likes getting stuck and not being able to progress through the game. Luckily, there are a lot of websites on the internet that offer complete walkthroughs of the game. The walkthroughs usually consist of pictures, which show you step-by-step how to complete a certain level. Sometimes, there are even video walkthroughs, but there are not many of them around for LEGO Juniors Quest. Using one of the available walkthroughs, you will be able to easily finish quests and complete the game. I cannot imagine children under the age of five searching for walkthroughs, but their parents or guardians can do it.
It is important to understand that LEGO Juniors Quest is meant for young children, who are not yet able to read or write. The game has colorful graphics, which really makes the game feel like a cartoon film. It is important to pay attention to the cut scenes, because they tell the story of the game. By following the cut scenes, you will be able to understand what you have to do, in order to be able to progress through the game. There are different types of quests in LEGO Juniors Quest, such as virtually building with LEGO bricks, completing actions by swiping on your screen and driving around in your patrol car. There is no real way to lose in LEGO Juniors Quest, but it is still pretty important to focus on the game in order to not get stuck.
Before I started playing LEGO Juniors Quest, I already read that the game is meant for young children. I started playing the game, knowing that it is meant to be played by young children, and I could imagine them really enjoying the gameplay. The game has colorful graphics and nice animations, which makes the game entertaining and friendly for children. I really like the fact that there are different types of quests within the game, especially the ones where you have to virtually build with LEGO bricks. Another positive aspect about LEGO Juniors Quest is that the developers of the game generally add more content to the game. This allows children to play the game more often, and keeps the gameplay fresh.
A very positive aspect about LEGO Juniors Quest is that there is no in-game store, where you can purchase items with real money. LEGO Juniors Quest is specifically designed for children aged five and under, and does not require reading or writing skills to play. This means that children won’t accidently purchase items in an in-game store, while they are playing the game on their parents’ mobile device. There are many games on the app stores, which do not care about this and have in-game purchases, which will automatically deduct money from credit cards. If this would be the case with LEGO Juniors Quest, it would be a real problem in my opinion, especially since the game is aimed at young children.
Another very positive aspect about LEGO Juniors Quest is that it does not have any advertisements implemented in it. It is understandable when free-to-play games have advertisements, because the developers need to earn some money for their time and effort, but most developers really overdo it. They place advertisements in annoying ways, which is very obstructive to the overall gameplay. Luckily, the developers of LEGO Juniors Quest did not do this, so children can play the game without accidently tapping on any ads and close the game.
It is very nice to see that the developers of LEGO Juniors Quest are morally at the right place, trying to not trick young children, just to make money off of them. They could have easily done it, especially because LEGO Juniors Quest is popular among mobile gamers.
There are not many negative aspects about LEGO Juniors Quest, in fact there is only one I experienced during my gameplay. When you progress through the game, you unlock locations on the world map, which you can select and play over and over again. When you close down LEGO Juniors Quest and start it back up, you will start at the beginning of the game. This is confusing, and makes players feel like they have lost their entire progress. Luckily, this is not true and you can tap on the world map button, and select which location you want to play at. It would have been better if the game started with the world map, and not at the beginning of the game, every time that you restart the game.
LEGO Juniors Quest Ratings
Artwork: I give LEGO Juniors Quest an 8/10 for its artwork. The graphics in LEGO Juniors Quest are pretty decent, especially considering that the game is meant for young children. I really like the fact that there are many cut scenes within the game, which helps the game to progress. There are many animations in the game, and especially the virtual LEGO builder is very nice. I think the developers did a very good job with both the graphics and animations in this game. It feels like you are playing with real LEGO bricks, and the game is a nice introduction to it.
Music & SFX: I give LEGO Juniors Quest a 7/10 for its music and SFX. There are several different soundtracks and sound effects in LEGO Juniors Quest, which really make the game feel more alive. The soundtracks are designed for children and fits the overall theme of the game pretty well. There are a lot of soundtracks, from children cheering to you crashing your car, and they all fit the game pretty nicely. I think the developers did a good job fitting the soundtracks and sound effects together, making the game sound pretty balanced. The only thing I would have wanted is for the soundtracks and sound effects to be of a bit higher quality.
Story & Originality: I give LEGO Juniors Quest an 8/10 for its story and originality. There are a lot of games on the app stores, which are designed for young children, but I have never seen or played a game like LEGO Juniors Quest before. In this game, young children can go on a quest, without needing to read or write anything. LEGO Juniors Quest is an interactive game, where you have to solve several problems within the game. I really like the fact that you can virtually build objects in the game, using LEGO bricks. There is a nice storyline in LEGO Juniors Quest, which is nicely designed and helps children with the quests in the game.
General Gameplay: I give LEGO Juniors Quest an 8/10 for general gameplay. The gameplay in LEGO Juniors Quest starts without a tutorial, but because the game is designed for young children, the game does not really need a tutorial. The story in the game starts with a convict, who escapes from a prison cell that you are guarding. After he escapes, you rebuild the prison cell and chase him. In LEGO Juniors Quest you play as a police officer, and on your quest to find the escaped convict, you will come across a lot of other quests. Completing quests will allow you to continue on the world map. I really like the fact that the game has responsive controls and that the user interface fits the overall theme of the game.
Addictiveness: I give LEGO Juniors Quest a 7/10 for addictiveness. Of course, I cannot really judge how addictive LEGO Juniors Quest, because I am an adult and the game is designed for children aged five and under. I would like to note that the developers of LEGO Juniors Quest did not implement any kind of playtime limitations, which means that children can play the game whenever they want, however long they want. The developers have designed the game in such a way, that once you clear a level, you will be able to repeat it as often as you like There are many negative reviews on the app stores, stating that the game is way too easy to play. Those people clearly did not read the game description, which clearly says that the game is designed for young children, aged five and under.
All things considered, I give LEGO Juniors Quest an 8/10.
