Cheats & Tips for First Touch Soccer 2015

Controls are fairly straightforward but there are some intricacies that once mastered will give you an added advantage to the competition. On the left hand of the screen you’ll see the joystick and on the right there is a B, A, and C button.

B Buton is the low kick or pass button, hold it down for increased power, you can also shoot ground balls with the button. A is the hard kick button or shoot button, similarly the longer you hold it the more powerful it is. Use the A button for shots, clearing the ball, or long passes. While on defense the A button can be used for slide tackling, make sure to time your slide tackles appropriately as a delayed tackle will lead to a foul or even a card. The C button is for in the air lob passes or shots, on defense use C to switch players.

Proper tackling can mean increased possessions and more opportunities to score, poor tackling means a bench full of red cards and probably a tam full of injured players. Whenever you’re ready to shoot there’s a an arrow that indicated where your shot is headed, pay close attention to this arrow as well as your players orientation in relation to the goal to determine the appropriate amount of power and the which way to aim.

When you’re in the third of the pitch facing forward all of the buttons will cross whether a long or short pass is attempted. To form skill or finesse moves double tap on the right side of the screen while you are moving and in possession of the ball.

There are several ways to get free coins in First Touch Soccer 2015. First is to connect your First Touch Soccer 2015 app with Facebook and Twitter for ten free coins. Next is to go to the “Get Free Coins” option which gives you free coins. This second method lets you get free coins several times over restricted time period but after that you have to wait for them to replenish.

If you watch the advertisement video after a match ends you can get free coins. Also, the game rewards you if you play often by giving you a “sign in” bonus, each time you play you get 10 free coins, if you sign on over consecutively over a few days your bonus will increase. In Manager Mode there are 3 monthly objectives that once completed you have the option to watch an advertisement after which you’ll receive 40 coins.

During those aforementioned monthly objectives you’re usually required to complete individual or team training. To access this feature go to My Club on the home screen and go to “coaching”, if you don’t have any coaches this is a good time to hire one. You have to pay with coins for each season but it’s well worth it as your team gets better, use the training option even when you’re not required to so you can improve your team. This has the benefit of not only improving your team but it also is a much cheaper upgrade alternative than having to buy better players.

For many matches you have the option of playing or simulating the match. Although playing is of course far more entertaining than simulating, and you have far more control over whether or not your team wins or loses, you can simulate a match at the cost of 5 coins and still reap the 30 coin reward at the end as if you’ve actually played the game. Unless you’re absolutely desperate for coins and quickly, I would recommend against this methodology as you’re essentially rolling the dice unless your team is very well developed, starting out this isn’t the case at all. If you must simulate though do it when you’re the home team as this will increase your chances of winning.

There are a lot of customization options to suit the cosmetic side of First Touch Soccer 2015 to your personal preferences, but some of these customizations can actually make your team better and earn you more revenue. By editing your stadium, and subsequently boosting its capacity, your team will generate more revenue. Think of it this way, bigger stadium that can hold more fans means more fans will come, and the more fans you have the more revenue you can generate.

You can also move to a bigger club, you won’t have this option when you start out but once you get a couple thousand coin in your purse you can upgrade to a bigger club and get a larger budget. Another feature which makes First Touch Soccer 2015 the elite game it is, is the player management option that lets you negotiate player contracts.

Although most players are fairly valued sometimes you will be better off with several solid role playing players as opposed to one superstar, after all soccer is a team sport and it’s much better to have a balanced squad then one that is completely reliant on one superstar to do all the work. That superstar gets tired, they could have a season ending injury, or even just a bad game, either way your resources are limited and gradual progress will get you much farther in the long term unless you plan on buying coins with real money in which case all you have to do is get enough coins, buy all the players, and automatically have an elite team.

First Touch Soccer 2015 has several game modes, several of which can’t be accessed unless you purchase the VIP pass for $3.99, whether or not you choose to purchase the VIP pass or not it will nonetheless be offered to you multiple times. If you really like the game I highly recommend purchasing it as for only $3.99 it’s a reasonable price that will allow you to unlock twice as many options and improve your team at a much quicker rate, also it will disable advertisements.

Nonetheless, you can take advantage of First Touch Soccer 2015 many game modes for a diverse playing experience and opportunities to get coins and advance your team. The best strategy is to try and win as many games as possible by yourself without simulating, the more times you win the more coins you’ll get, the quicker you will upgrade your team, and the better you will get at the game. Playing halfheartedly will cost you buy losing you coins, keeping you in the same division longer, and ultimately impeding your progress. In summary, make the best use of your time in First Touch Soccer 2015 to succeed.

First Touch Soccer 2015 Review

Considering the wonderful job First Touch Games did on “Score!” and “Dream League Soccer”, I wasn’t surprised by the overall outstanding craftsmanship of the game. The 3d graphics were smooth and detailed, impressive especially considering the relatively small size of the download at just under 200 MB. The availability of so many teams, players, and even former soccer greats was a true joy coming from a hardcore soccer fan. The controls were fluid and responsive, much like Dreamleague Soccer the setup was very simple and intuitive if you’ve ever played a soccer game before.

My primary point of comparison was with what I deem to be perhaps the best soccer game created for mobile, the true successor to FIFA, First Touch’s own Dreamleague Soccer. Although Dreamleague was released in 2011, ancient in mobile years, it is still a great reference point upon which to make comparisons with other soccer games because it was so iconoclastic for it’s time and it served as a benchmark of quality for games to come.

In some respects, First Touch Soccer 2015 is superior to Dreamleague soccer. In terms of graphics quality, the improved aesthetic of the game as a whole, an improvement in the Manager Mode was also a great addition to an otherwise great game. However, some of the features which made Dreamleague so great, were removed. Perhaps my favorite feature of all, multiplayer mode, was completely removed from the Game Mode options. Before you could play against people around the world or against friends and family over local networks, now it’s just you vs. the computer. It’s truly a shame they removed this feature as it was available in earlier versions of First Touch Soccer.

Also there were still many of the glitches and bugs, especially those associated with multitasking, that were not fixed. Say you have to suddenly switch apps because you’re getting a facetime call, or you need to read an email you just received, the game will pause for you but when you return sometimes there are glitches such as music not working, joystick acting up, etc.

One of the things I really enjoyed, and something that gets frequently overlooked when people review games, is the quality of the customer service offered by the developer. When I encountered some issues I quickly fired an email over to the customer service staff and I had a friendly conversation with a First Touch Games representative who helped me out. Even though my questions were fairly odd she did a great job of working me through the problem and replying quickly to my emails. Many independent studios don’t even have a customer service staff, nonetheless one’s as great as the staff over at First Touch Games, I truly commend them for their efforts regarding customer service.

Overall my complaints are trivial in comparison to how great this game is. The fact that 73% of people gave it the highest possible rating on the Google Play Store is no coincidence. First Touch Soccer 2015 is a top notch sports game, possibly the best of its kind although some of the tradeoffs they made are questionable.
