• Amassing your heroes is one thing, but upgrading them for those much tougher dungeon crawls is a whole ‘nother thing. As you kill off enemies and clear out the many stages within a sole dungeon, you’ll collect plenty of XP and the coins needed to make your characters’ attacks/abilities stronger. You can get more currency and even more characters by completing Quests and claiming your Daily Rewards, too. You’re also going to need to pick up Hero Tokens to unlock new party members. Keep an eye on the “Heroes” tab to see if a green gem is on it (this means it’s time for some upgrading!). Seek out XP Potions since they can be used to level up your heroes. Note – the 20 XP Potion can be found as a loot drop, while the 100 XP and 400 XP Potions can be bought in the shop. The 1600 XP and 5000 XP Potions can be obtained in bundles from the shop as special purchases. If you’re lucky enough, you can get them via portal drops as well. So here’s the basics – complete dungeons, get XP Potions, level up and use coins to power up your abilities.
• Evo creatures are needed to ascend your warriors. You can check the Evo monster types and where you can usually encounter them by checking on your character’s “Ascend” tab. You can actually quick travel to the dungeon that has the Evo monsters you need, by the way. During battle, it’s important for you to vanquish any Evo monster on the field before anyone else. They’re prone to running off if you allow them to live too long.
• As soon as you start the game, create an online player profile. That way, you’ll be able to send out friend requests and gain new allies in battle. These online warriors can be called upon during tough battles and dish out big damage. Note – you can’t call upon your friends’ warriors during Epic Dungeons. Here’s a breakdown of what elemental types are strong and weak against each other (this should help you figure out whom should attack who and which assist attacks you call upon) – Red Fire > Green Nature & Blue Water. Blue Water > Red Fire & Green Nature. Green Nature > Blue Water & Red Fire. Yellow Light > Purple Dark. Purple Dark > Yellow Light.
• One you reach level 10, you’ll get access to your very own dungeon. Since you’re the boss, you can probably surmise what your duties will entail just by the name of this mobile RPG. Keep some coins on deck so you constantly upgrade your gold production and protection rate. Make sure you develop a strong enough team of warriors that you can rely on to protect your precious dungeon. Don’t bite off more than you can chew. Head into the dungeons you know your party can handle. Note – you can have access to four raid tickets at one time.

There are multiple types of summons in this game, which can be purchased with either coins, gems or scrolls. The gems and scroll summons are the most lucrative as they can often earn you rare and super rare 3, 4 and 5-star heroes. These summons are on a timer, and they will go free every so often (except for the scrolls summons) so keep checking back for some free items, character tokens, and characters.
