Bad Piggies 3-star level guide - Ground Hog Day (levels 1-1 to 1-12)

Meet the piggies. Once the evil villains of the Angry Birds franchise, these green porkers now have their own game - and they're the heroes.

In each level, it's your job to transport the piggies across bumpy terrain by building vehicles and planes out of the toybox junk in your possession.

In Chapter 1, entitled Ground Hog Day, the piggies remain on terra firma. You'll build cars, bikes, trikes, and wobbling great jalopies in an attempt to ferry the bacon-flavoured heroes towards torn-up remnants of a map.

1-1


On this easy first level, all you need is a sturdy cart like this to achieve all three goals.

1-2


This wind-powered cart will propel your pig past the finish line and help you collect the pig- and time-based goals.



Attach the bellows to the other side of the cart to collect the star crate on the left. Hit the TNT to fling your pig into the goal.

1-3


Build this double-bellowed craft first. Propel your pig to the star crate on the right, then back left to reach the goal.



This smaller vehicle will let you achieve the timed goal. Fire your pig into the tunnel on the left and tumble into the finish line.

Place the pig in the top-left section to get the timed and pig goals.



Put the pig in this here bottom-right hole to hit the star crate on the way down.

1-5


Build this lovely little craft, and propel it left with the fan to nab the star crate. Shut the fan off at the top of the hill to let gravity take you down to the goal, and through the second star crate in the process.

1-6


Make this nosey vehicle, and use the fan to get to the top of the hill. Shut it off at the very top of the hill and let gravity get you to the end - through the star crate along the way.



This tiny vehicle will get you to the finish line, and ensure you secure the "no fan" goal, too.

1-7


This tiny craft will get you down the ramp in no time, netting you the speed and pig goals as a result.



This double-fan craft will safely net you the "no breakages" goal. Turn on the left one to get going, then switch it off and turn on the right one as you go down the hill. Get your timing right and the fan will push piggy away from the TNT.

1-8


This three-wheeled trike will safely circumnavigate the loop-the-loop. You'll be awarded all three goals in one go.

1-9


Enter the bottle rocket! This pressurised soda bottle will push you into the star crate on the left, and gravity will take you back to the exit.



You'll need the power of two bottles to reach the goal within the time limit. Make sure they are both pointing left.

1-10


Three bottles, three goals. Fire the cola bottle to get moving, then let loose with the two lemonade bottles as you start going up the hill to get the star crate and pass the finish line on time.

1-11


This vehicle will get you the star crate goal. Fire off the cola bottles to get moving, then use the lemonade as soon as you touch down to get the crate. Gravity will take you back down to the finish.



You only need to fire the lemonade bottle. The cola ones simply serve to bounce piggy towards the finish line to make sure he achieves the timed goal.

1-12


Let loose with these bottle rockets to push the pig safely down the hill, and through the star crate.



As for the speed goal, make this rocket-powered vehicle and let the cola bottles go straight away. As you start to slow down on the straightaway before the goal, use the lemonade bottle for that last push.

1-I


To get the star crate, build this unbalanced vehicle. As it starts to topple over, hit the TNT to fire the pig into the air and into the star crate. It might take a few attempts to get the right timing and angle.



This fan-powered jalopy will just about get you to the goal in one piece, helping you secure you the pig and "no bellows" goals.

1-II


This gravity-powered cart will safely drive over the loop-the-loop, netting you the pig and "no aeroplane" wheel goals in the process.



Now for the star crate. This car will topple over, get the crate, and bounce to the finish line.

1-III


When transporting King Pig, we're going for safety - not speed. So, don't fire these rockets - let gravity do its work. Then, use the green bottle to help push the cart up the first hill, and use the cola bottles to clear the second.



This itty bitty bike will help get you the star crate. Use the lemonade bottle straight away to pick up some speed, and then use the cola bottle on the ramp just before the crate to leap onto the higher ledge. You'll get the crate and roll to victory.
