Death Dome Strategy: Tips & Tricks

As I told you already, I am a huge fan of Glu’s Death Dome fighting game and I am sure you are too. That’s the reason why I have decided to create this article and share with you a Death Dome strategy with tips and tricks for a better game, suitable especially for those who are just picking up the game and want to know some basic and moderately advanced (if there’s a thing like that) tips to get the most out of the game.

So let’s not waste any time and let’s check out below some Death Dome strategy tips!

- Study the attack pattens of your opponents. Usually, they follow the same patterns and you can easily anticipate their moves. An enemy you know is an enemy easier to defeat!

- Keep upgrading! You are as strong as your weapon and armor… and you really need to be strong. So keep upgrading and purchase these upgrades as soon as they are available.

- Personally, I would suggest focusing on upgrading your armor first for the extra damage you can take and since there are no time limits on the fights, you can take a little longer to take down an enemy. The shield is, in my opinion, the last thing you’d like to upgrade because you can easily fight most fights without using it at all: just dodge and parry and counter.

- Tap like crazy when you’re in the minigame scenes, especially between fights when you get extra health. Just tap as fast as you can without caring too much about anything else: you should be able to easily get 10 tap bonuses per minigame, if not more!

- If you want to purchase things with real money in game, don’t go for the skulls and always buy Diamonds (because these can’t be obtained in-game for free). A great value is if you get 2,000 Diamonds (for $50), but you can also get a good deal of 640 diamonds for $20. And spend them carefully!

- Personally, I would suggest waiting on the Diamond spending on weapons and armor early on – wait to level up and grow and only then purchase the advanced items for Diamonds to avoid getting them obsolete too fast.

- Also have some revives at hand (they also cost diamonds) but don’t use them too often. If you’re in a good position, with a lot of XP earned and many skulls, then is the right time to use one valuable revive.

- Look for red rings on an enemy to perform a stab attack.

- Log in daily, even if you don’t have time to play. But you will get the daily bonuses which get better and better as days go by.

- Focus on the defense. Learn to dodge and parry perfectly, because these open up counterattack moves and fill up the Flux meter faster. And we all know how cool is to use the Flux power-up!

And this would be it for the Death Dome strategy tips I have to share with you. I hope you find them useful and if you have anything else to share, please do it in the comment section below.
