Campus Life for Android, an app created by Pocket Gems, challenges you to create the best and hottest sorority in the world and, as you can probably imagine, this is not an easy task! Fortunately, after playing the game quite a while, I have decided to come here and share with you some Campus Life tips & tricks to help you get better at this game.
Since Campus Life is a social game with time management elements, it’s pretty difficult to cover all aspects, but I am sure that together we can create a really complete Campus Life Tips & tricks article with perfect strategies for all players. So let’s check them out below!
1. Carefully choose your recruits
They are all cute, but some are better than others. For example, gourmet specialists or chefs are better for specific missions, while pilates enthusiasts, for example, are not that worthwhile. So always check out the “features” of your recruits before inviting them to join the sorority.
2. Follow the goals
Goals are there for a reason and they help you get everything started in the right direction, so focus on completing the goals. They are icky a little bit challenging you with goals that require you to spend Gems, but this is life!
3. How to answer the recruit questions
Well, there is no way to learn that – simply try and select the options that seem right for you. A gourmet chef, for example, would rather talk about food rather than cars, but usually it’s pretty hard to guess – just do your best! There is no hurry, in the end!
4. Promote all your girls
Improving your girls (promoting them) by tapping each of them and selecting “Promote” will make sure that you get them make more money for the sorority, so make sure you do this as soon as possible! If you have the gems, educate them using the Gem jobs and they will make even more money!
5. “Re-open the game” error
Unfortunately, at least in my case, there is one game breaking error that requires me to re-open the game: “We need to make some quick fixes to the house. Please tap okay and reopen the game to continue recruiting” – this is the error message that I get and no matter if I try to reopen the game or do anything else, it does not work. It also “forgets” all the time that I have recruited my previous recruit and I have to do it again and again. Not fun since it does not allow for the game to progress..
6. Be careful with the expansions
Don’t expand to where you want to (you don’t know what will happen, anyway) but expand to where the game asks you to – it is better to keep the story going and the goals coming. Otherwise, you might end up stuck unable to do anything until you have enough money again for the correct purchase.
7. Keep buying clothes
Your ladies need all sorts of clothes and accessories and you must purchase as many as you can and as varied as possible to have them for special occasions, where bonuses are awarded if you have clothes from a specific category. And since you can dress up every member of your sorority, there is a lot of clothes buying to do, but I am sure you will love that!
8. Invest time
Unlike other similar games, Campus Life for Android is pretty time consuming and has pretty long build requirements. This means that progress will be slightly slower, but there is no rush in the end – just make sure that you are prepared to have short sessions and rather long waiting periods!

Unfortunately, the bug I was talking about prevents me from progressing much further and I can’t offer more detailed and complex tips, but these should work perfect for starters.
