Are Keira and Jak toghether in jak 3

due to jak's banishment keira and jak have little time together, though it is not really mentioned it appears she still has feeling for him but is over whelmed by guilt for not trying to prevent his banishment. at the end of the game jak is seen with ashlin which persumes that they kiss however it could just be a hug.
naughty dog sort of put the keira jak romance on the back burner for jak 3 hope i cleared some things up
