How do you get an elf on babydow

They sold them in the Fairy Forest... They cost 4 passes each, but I heard they don't sell them anymore...

Someone told me that when your child is about to go to nursery it will give you an option to 'send to school' or 'turn into elf' or 'turn into troll' I don't know if its true or not because none of mine are in school. Add me on babydow my username is LivvyB
