Newgrounds how to get levels

Go to the flash portal and find the latest submissions. Click on one of the games and scroll down. you will find a bar that has the numbers one through five. Click on one of the numbers rating how much you liked the game or video. Repeat that five times with different games and you will get ten experience points going towards your level. Get enough experience points and you will level up. You can only rate five submissions a day to get experience points.
