How do you get a power gem and power stone on Kingdom Hearts 2

You get the Power Gem from the: Shaman and Aeiral knocker (both are in Pride lands)

and

the Power Stone from the: Luna Bandit and Silver rock (which are in Agrabah,Halloween town,and The Pride Lands)
