How do you get past mg42

to get past a mg42, you have either tell your radio operator to call in some f###ing air support, but if you don't have a radio operator you could throwing some smoke grenades to cover your movement and pray for the best, or you could wait for them to overheat, or have to reload, then you move from cover to cover.
