Could someone tell you a good website for a young kid could go to design a game

exactly so first of all if you can download Microsoft flash and mess about and figuire out wat to do...
if you wanna make a website then download Microsoft firework but you have to pay$13.99 to put them on the actual internet and it does take alot of planning...
