How do you destroy the tank in Shadow the Hedgehog

funny....i had trouble with this misson too... the way to kill the black arm tank is to make sure u have enough amo and just fire at will.keep on firing and the shield will turn green. once again keep on firing.then all sheilds will be down and u can keep on firing until it blows up. :) have fun!
