How do you get 15000 pain points in Torture Chamber III

Fill him with 5 adrenaline shots. (I prefer freezing first) Freeze to 0 degrees. Invert gravity to where he almost touches the ceiling. Summon 10 or more bees and then decrease temperature to -60 degrees. Watch his health. When it almost hits zero, time it right and summon the scarabs. When it goes dark, keep adding adrenaline to keep overcharging him. If it's right, you should have more than 15,000 pain points. This is not a trick, this is true. It worked for me, so it should work for you.
