How do you fish in ice in World of Warcraft

How do you fish in ice in World of Warcraft
You have to find a hole in the ice, if there isn't one, you can't fish there. Answer: you have to buy the skill from a trainer, get a rod and go to the lowest level area for your race (you are starting on skill 1/75 not likely to catch anything outside of starting zones) Once there open your spell book and click the fishing skill. You will cast the lure and you wait. Keep your mouse near the bobber and if it moves, right click it. You either catch the fish or not - if you did then left click on the fish to put it in your bags. Recast. Repeat. Get good enough and you can get fish to sell or make into food with bonuses (speed, strength, spirit, intelligence ....) A lot of people find it boring, but the bonuses aren't!
Learn the skill from the trainers in any capital city, buy a fishing rod (and a bauble if you want to make it easier) learn the skill for about 9 copper and go and fish

Due to the latest patch you can fish anywhere now, but if you go fish in a level 60 place with a skill of 6 fishing, you wont find much >.<

there is also a quest you can do in Auberdine to help you out, it give you a fishing rod with +5 fishing on it, and some free baubles
