How do you get characters in grandchase

If you wanna get characters then goto the SHOP and then u will see some CATEGORIES u will see "ACADEMY" click it then u will see skills and scrolls(actually its not a scrol but look like a scroll)It have char then there is mission inside the scroll and do it to get the character.
