Where do you find whips the ghosts lamp on Animal Crossing

When i found wisp's lamp it was a Thursday, 4th of November 2010 it was really random so all you have to do is just look around most days to have more of a chance of meeting wisp (i found the lamp next to a random tree which was in a wide space near a rock)
