On the game Saints Row does anyone know how to get the chain on top of that canopy in the BOR level where the drop off is on top of the parking garage

I found out how: You pull the Quota up through those yellow poles. Then jump on the quota and from there jump to the roof. From this slanted roof jump and run against the wall, follow the wall until your on top of the canopy.
