How do you beat bloons level 45 on pack 3 for ipod touch

This level consists of 3 shots two of them being fairly difficult. First pop the tack balloon that is directly to your left. That will release the spike ball which comes down to pop release the frozen helium balloon. Here is the tricky part, right before the helium balloon is released, you want to send another dart up over the rubber wall so it comes down and lands pops all the balloons in the rubber square. If done correctly as this spike ball is released it will bounce off the frozen balloon as it is rising and take out that rising staircase like thing of balloons in the lower right hand corner. However, that second dart much also bounce back out of the rubber area towards the left to bounce off of the rubber square below the monkey and over to the saber in the lower left. After these two shots the only remaining balloons should be the 3 in the top left. To hit these you need to fire at the frozen balloon at the top of the screen, and have it bounce off that then off the 2 rubber squares next to each other and up towards the balloons. I know this answer is not very clear but I hope it helps.
