How do you solve the conflict of Groudon and kyogre

you have to go to sky pillar and awaken rayquaza. to do this, surf south from sootopolis city and then east until you come to pacifidlog town. Then, go west from pacifidlog until you see a passage north. Take this, and you will arrive at sky pillar. Go to the top and rayquaza will be there. Approach it and it will awaken. Then fly back to Sootopolis.
