Clockwerk will make an appearence, but only 1 confirmed one as a collectible item ingame. And given the fact you can time travel, I'd say that yes there is a very good chance our favorite heartless mechanical beast will be back. He has lived for 1100 years after all, it'd be hard not to find him somewhere along the line.
