How do you get all the Chaos Emeralds in Sonic Rush

In Sonic's story there are circular objects with two handles. Grabbing onto a handle and spinning it around whilst you have at least 50 rings in possession, will teleport you into the Special Stage which allows you to get the Chaos Emerald.
