Why does it say server name or web address can not be revolved when you start game on maple story

This is a problem with your internet. It's unable to connect to the Nexon website, and considering that the Nexon site has a very good uptime I'd say you probably have some sort of internet problems. It could also just be that there was a patch and the website was offline.
