The best staff I think is the scions rod,a warlock's staff. You can spawn it by pressing ctr shift and a swirly button under escape. But remember to put a ' after the s in warlock's. You can spawn anything you want such as a lich lord. Easy gold by legendary foe cannibal. It sells for 2.3 mil. Please improve if you can thanks have a nice day (or night.)
