Why did they cancel Pirates of the Caribbean armada of the damned

Pirates of the Caribbean Armada of the Damned got canceled because Disney decided they would make for profit from Tron Legacy than this game. It is rumored that Bioware is making a Pirates of the Caribbean RPG (roll playing game) and it is hinting is might be godlike.
