Why do I keep getting a baby girl with the Cinecam cheat if the sim I am using is a Guy

When you use a guy (man) to do the cinecam baby, the results will always and I mean ALWAYS be a girl. If you want a boy baby, use the female to click on on the cinecam baby then the baby will always, ALWAYS be male.
