Is it okay for 10 year olds to go on zwinky

there are 2 kinds of chats
one with a standard chat = free chat with bad word filters
and the other is protected = chat using pre-approved words
but from personal experiences i dont recommend a 10 years old child to play on zwinky. so true some of them have bad images to look big
