What frogger game is this

Going solely based on memory here, but i'm getting a major case of nostalgia. This frogger game was different than other frogger games. The camera was closer to frogger and street signs would often fall from the sky giving you power ups like freezing traffic. The levels where a lot bigger than usual frogger games and it was on the pc. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
