How do you get Ryan in grand chase

Buy the mission in Academy Shop in Shop. Then press ok to start mission. You need 30 fragments in Partusay's Sea. You also need 30 wins. And lastly you need to complete Marsh of Oblivion to get 20 trunks (It is hard to get trunks).
