How do you completely fill the gauge for emblem missions in Kingdom Hearts 358 2 Days

In order to fill the gauge fully, you must obtain the emblems while a ring is still glowing around them, otherwise you will only fill the gauge to a certain extent. If an emblem doesn't have a ring around it, kill an enemy to reactivate it.

NOTE:
Some emblem missions require a certain course or path that you must take in order to collect all of the emblems. Just keep trying to get the emblems as quick as possible and formulate your own course. Good luck :)
