How do you get un locked on Movie Star Planet if you get locked

Ok..Well i got locked,and i agree not the best thing ever! But i was litterally on it every day! So thats one good thing about being locked...but you can contact them! I was un-fairly locked..so i did contact them...We talked for a while but they have'nt replied in days!! I was on the U.K one...But i made a new account on the Irish one...The Irish one is TERRIBLE though! So i barley go on...I'm still pretty upset i got locked un-fairly...But i got over it :) Best wishes xx
