Does Cosmo return in sonic x season 4 or 5

i dont think there will be anymore sonic x seasons but i can make all that change because i plan on getting a job as an actor/director and i will make a sonic the hedgehog movie and cosmo returns from the plant that tails cultivated and tails is excited and he tells the news about it to all his friends and silver blaze and scourge will be in the movie as well
