Bloodborne Blood Gems Locations and Effects Guide

In Bloodborne, Blood Gems are used to upgrade weapons and armor at the Workshop. The Blood Gems are dropped by enemies, found hidden in Treasure Chests, and in Chalice Dungeons.

Bloodborne Blood Gems Locations

Blood Gems come in various shapes and strengths. This guide is an overview of all Blood Gems, their locations, and primary/secondary effects:

Adept Blood Gemstone
How to Find: It is dropped from the Undead Giant and Executioner enemies

It increases Thrust attack by +7.2 and Blunt attack by +6.3. As for the secondary effect, you will gain +3 physical attack bonus.

Arcane Blood Gemstone

Curse Fire Blood Gemstone
